What is the cost per session?

Each session is $125.

Do you offer a sliding scale rate?

Yes! I have limited sliding scale spots available at $75/session if you are unable to afford the standard rate.

Do you accept insurance?

Not at this time.

Can you provide a superbill?

Yes! Since I am considered out-of-network with all insurance plans, you may be able to receive a full or partial reimbursement for the cost of therapy if you have out-of-network benefits. In this situation, you would pay for each session out of pocket, and I would provide you with a superbill at the end of each month for you to file with your insurance company.

What if I miss a scheduled appointment?

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, I ask that you provide me at least 24 hours notice so that I am able to fill the spot with another client. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel within 24 hours, there is a $50 missed appointment fee.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the current law, health care providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
